Delivery
How much is delivery in the UAE, and how fast is it?
UAE delivery is AED 30. Orders placed before midday are delivered the same day across most of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah (otherwise next day), by 10pm, seven days a week. Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain get same-day delivery for orders before midday (otherwise next day), Monday to Saturday. Al Ain is next day, Monday to Saturday, and Fujairah next day, Monday to Friday. Areas designated remote take 2 to 4 days.
Do you deliver to the rest of the GCC?
Yes. Delivery to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman is AED 70. Customs duties, clearance charges and VAT, where they apply, are paid by the customer. See Shipping Info for the customs thresholds in Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Returns are free. You can return items for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Email info@allez-kit.com with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will arrange a courier pick-up.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer exchanges at the moment. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
Is anything not returnable?
Socks can't be returned. Everything else must come back unworn, unwashed and in saleable condition, with labels, tags and original packaging attached. Please try sports tops on carefully to avoid make-up transfer; a thin cloth helps. Full details are on our Returns page.
Sizing and fit
How do I find my size?
Most product pages have a size guide with measurements in centimetres, and many product descriptions say what size the model is wearing. Some styles have a flexible fit: the Wide Racer Crop, for example, can be worn in your exact size as a bra-vest hybrid, a size down for an elongated bra, or a size up for a relaxed vest.
Do the men's styles come in larger sizes?
Yes. Men's T-shirts and tanks are available up to 2XL, and the Lightweight Workout T-Shirt goes up to 3XL. Men's sports socks are cut longer and roomier than our women's socks.
Fabric and performance
Is Allez Kit suitable for training in the UAE heat?
That is what it is designed for. Our performance pieces use sweat-wicking, breathable fabrics, from the cool-to-the-touch fabric of the Classic Coverage V-Front Sports Bra to the featherlight mesh of the Waist-Length Mesh Vest and the Lightweight Workout T-Shirt. The SPF50-coated Allez Kit Jacket protects skin from the sun.
How much support do the sports bras give?
It depends on the style. The Contrast High Neck, Allez High Neck Crop and Logo Band Open-Back Bra are built for high-impact training such as running, HIIT and Hyrox. The Classic Scoop Neck, V-Back Crop and Allez Kit Crop give medium support for strength and studio sessions. The Plunge Sports Bra is our lightest, for hot workouts that need minimal coverage. Most styles have removable padded cups.
Where is Allez Kit made?
Allez Kit is a UAE brand, and many of our pieces, including our cotton tees, lightweight sweatshirt and casual shorts, are made in the UAE.
