RETURNS

Returns are free. You can return your item/s for a refund within 14 days of delivery. For immediate help, please email info@allez-kit.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return and we will arrange for the courier to contact you for pick-up. We are working to automate this process, it's very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you face any issues please do email us. 
All we ask is that your purchase(s) must be returned in a saleable condition with all labels, tags and original packaging attached. Socks are not eligible for return. Upon return, all items are inspected by our customer services team before your refund is processed. For now, we do not offer exchanges. Please try items on with care, especially sports tops, which are at risk of makeup transfer. We recommend using a thin cloth to mitigate this. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. It must be clean (no deodorant marks, perfume, fake tan, or make-up marks), unworn and unwashed. Items returned in a non-saleable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Discolouration after washing is not a fault. Please see care instructions on the tag and the product page online for details on how to minimise this.
